He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Shaw (Ron) of Valley View, TX and Mavis "Kim" Duckworth (Bob) of Kimball, MI; his aunts, Barbara Bailey, Judy Cade, Cindy Stamper and Betty Elkins; and his caregivers, Dana, Mary, Dennis Cade and Auggie. He is also survived by niece and four nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews, several cousins, three close friends.
