He is survived by: his sister Belinda Rae Crum; his wife Cindy Spence Meeks; his children, Theresa Anthony (Neil), Crystal Thompson (Joe), William Meeks, Jr. and Jeff Saum (Courtney); his stepchildren, Amy Gray (David), Jennifer Campbell and Aaron Campbell; and his grandchildren, Andrew Petticrew, Kelsie Petticrew, Zach Petticrew, Corey Petticrew, Eathan Meeks, Gage Browning, Tyler Meeks, Kerstyn Browning, Kaydee Meeks, Bailey Jo Meeks, Tyler Saum, Aiden Saum, Derek Thompson, Zane Thacker, Maci Gray, Jonah Pennington, Luna Bailey and Wesley Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other close family and friends.
