She is survived by: her husband David Thomas of Flatwoods, KY; her children, Kylan Ray Middleton of Flatwoods, KY and Donessa Lynn McCarty (Tim) of Boyd County, KY; and her grandchildren, Tinessa McCarty, Timmy McCarty, Jessica Spears and Kylan Lee Middleton. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
