It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Carter (Flatwoods, Kentucky), who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Virginia Lee Carter to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry and Verna Lewis Osborne Sr.; her husband George Carter; and her brother Harry Osborne Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Roseanna Dotson (Irvin) and Venora Hicks (William); her grandsons, James Dotson (Amybeth), Irvin Dotson Jr. (Tanya) and Christopher Chapman (Helen); her siblings, Herb Osborne (Fran), James Robert Osborne (Nancy) and Brenda Loyer (Kenneth); and her sister-in-law Martha Osborne. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Community Hospice Care Center.
