She is survived by: her mother Sonja Chaffin Brewer of Flatwoods, KY; her daughters, Samantha Jane Howell of Flatwoods, KY and Sarah Lynn Howell of Flatwoods, KY; the father of her children David Samuel Howell of Westwood, KY; and her siblings, Charles "Greg" Brewer (Ruth Ann) of Flatwoods, KY and Kathy Dyer Wenneker (Gary) of Dublin, OH. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
