It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Warnock of Flatwoods, Kentucky, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Warnock and Bessie Johnson Warnock of Load, KY.; and his nephew Dustin Rose (Jama) of Cynthiana, KY. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Nelson Warnock; his children, Dwight Warnock (Dana) of Knoxville, TN, Leeann Sampson (Jim) of Franklin Furnace, OH and Kimberly Slusher (Ryan) of Louisville; his stepson David Nelson (Leeanna) of Catlettsburg; his grandchildren, Josey Nelson, Summer Nelson, Nate Warnock, Grace Warnock, Sam Warnock, Kaden Sampson, Kayla Sampson, Eric Sampson, Evan Slusher, Joel Slusher and Justin Cox; his sister Janet Rose of Flatwoods; his nephew Brett Rose (Andrea) of Ashland; and his pet Nikki.
In lieu of flowers it is requested that donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306 or T2T.org in Steve's honor.
