He is survived by: his parents, Sherry Tharp and Tony Tharp; his wife Melisa Maple; his children, Leighken Maple, Sydney Maple, Camerynn Gillum, Addison Gillum, Brycen Maple and Crisjen Frazier; his siblings, Cory Tharp (Ashley) and Amber McCleese; and his nieces and nephews, Kallie McCleese, Camron McCleese, Elijah Tharp, Emma Brown and Cali Mathes.
