She was predeceased by: her parents, James Krank and Norma Baylous; her husband Ron Chambers; and her siblings, Karen Smith and Gary Burdette.
She is survived by: her children, Ron "Scuff" Chambers, Craig Chambers (Sharon), Lori Hulett (Rob), Kevin Chambers (Lydia) and Cindy Wilson (Dave); and her grandchildren, Jeff Chambers, Jordan Chambers, Tyler Chambers, Brandon Chambers (Larissa), Stephanie Conroy (Richard), Tyler Logan (Reggie), Lindsey Logan, Lindsey Wilson, Clint Wilson (Brittany), Seth Wilson and Zac Wilson (Kelsey).
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Ashland Community Hospice.
