He was predeceased by: his parents, Desper Gay and Bessie Ann Rigsby Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Stambaugh Withrow; his sons, Christopher Allen Withrow (Pamela) of Hermitage, TN and Aaron Withrow (Cathy) of Flatwoods, KY; his grandchildren, Laura Frisby (Paul) of Flatwoods and Joshua Brandon Withrow (Sarah) of Louisville; his great grandchild Astrid Applewhite; and his caregiver Virginia Withrow (Scott Harris). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
