She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Prichard and Melinda Barricks Prichard; and her son David R. G. Botts. She is survived by: her husband George Botts of Flatwoods; her children, Kenneth Botts of Flatwoods, KY, Christina Mays of Ashland, KY and Sherry Murrey (Bill) of Ashland, KY; and her siblings, Lynn Prichard (Annis), Joann Johnson (Bob), Patty Kerfoot (Guy), Mary Franklin (Bob) and Wilma Belcher (Charlie).
