She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Peters; and her brothers, Omar Bentley, Larry Bentley and Mancie Bentley. She is survived by: her sons, Donald Peters and Paul Douglas Peters (Dianne); and her sisters, Louis Hamilton, Mae Cooper and Wanda Conley. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, with one on the way; four brothers.
