He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Prescott and Burt Prescott; and his daughter Charlene May Crandall of Waverly, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Helen (S. Navy); and his daughters, Brenda L. Prescott of Flatwoods, KY and Annette Evans (Tom) of Kingston. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
