He is survived by: his wife Bonita Ruth Clarke Adams of Flatwoods, KY; his daughters, Mary Ruth Dietrich (Chris) of Ashland, KY and Amy Leigh Adams-Littell (Michael) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley Hitt (Adam), Andrew Littell (Gracie), Kaite Cantrall (Lou), Cameron Littell, Chelsea Bonner (Ryan), Marisa Salisbury (Josh), Harley Paholsky and Ruthie Dietrich; and his sister Nagatha Kendrick (Sydney) of Russell, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
