It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Stewart (Flatwoods, Kentucky), born in Ligon, Kentucky, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Edward Carlisle; his wife Doris Little Stewart; his son-in-law Rick Young; and his siblings, Bill, Robert, Charles, Lovell Stewart, Helen Smith Dorothy Hall, Estalene Hall and Beatrice Pennington.
He is survived by: his children, Susie Young of Ashland, Charles Stewart (Debbie) of Ashland and Pete Stewart (Deborah) of Hilliard, OH; his siblings, Edward Stewart of Crystal River, FL, Phyllis, Charlotte Schoenike of Minnesota, Dolores Hall of Harold, KY and Ruth Mullins of Richmond, KY; and his grandchildren, Sara Sorrell, Katie Park, Becky Davis, Jenny May, Danny Stewart, Brittany Sharkasi, Dustin Stewart, Tera Clere and Seth Roark. He is also survived by 10 Great-Grandchildren; along with a host of extended family and friends.
