With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Locey (Flatwoods, Kentucky), born in Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on May 13, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Sam Locey. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Locey; his children, Chris Locey Cummings and Denny Locey (Verna); his grandchildren, Amanda Cummings, Brandon Cummings and Tanner Ray Locey; his brother-in-law Jess Franz (Pat); and his friend Paul Arnold.
