He is survived by: his wife Eva Miller Merritt; his children, Adam Russell Merritt (Rebecca), Pamela Merritt Rufo and Vicki Merrit Taylor (Kimball); his great grandchild Gauge; his sister Dora Sabo; and also, Mary Jane Rowe, Elmer Jr, Ann Mullins Jr., Jim Miller and Debbie Miller.
