It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Roe (Flatwoods, Kentucky), who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Roe; her daughter Sandra Roe; her grandson Dustin Dean; and her siblings, Emery, Noble, Kroger, Memphis, Alma and Billie.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Dean (Brent), Bruce Roe (Cindy) and Ray Roe (Doretta); her grandchildren, Phillip Roe (Jennifer), Taylor Dickens (Zack), Jaedyn Roe, Taylor Dean (Brittany) and Cody Dean (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Deakyn, Kaylee, Bailee, William, Blaklei, Brooklyn, Beth Clayton and Sandra Lemmings.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Community Hospice Care Center.
