It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Sue Chaffins of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Eugene and Betty Jo Williams Webb; and her brother Tony Webb. She is survived by: her husband Shirley Raymond Chaffins of Flatwoods, KY; her daughter Leanna Jo Jarrell of South Point, OH; her granddaughter Elizabeth Shepard; and her sisters, Carol Chaffins (Shelton) of Flatwoods, KY and Wanda Gayhart (Gene) of Grayson, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
