She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stevens and Ruth Stevens; her husband Millard Witten; her son David Randall "Randy" Witten; her grandson-in-law Jerad Snead; and her siblings, Glenna Barker, Betty Waddell, Charles "Buck" Stevens, Gloria "Dodie" Baldridge-Bowling and James L. "Jim" Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lesa Mullins (Rick) and Teresa O'Brien (Junie); her grandchildren, Amy Lynn Mullins Snead, Amber Jo Sturgill (Mark), Lakyn Danielle O'Brien Miller (Andrew) and Kacy Elizabeth O'Brien Hicks (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Khalie Jo Mullins, Stella Jo Sturgill, Charlee Nova and Sadie Skye Hicks; and her sister Bonnie Gail Abrams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other close family and friends.
