It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Kaye Hensley Melvin of Flatwoods, Kentucky, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John David and Lucille Evelyn Owens Hensley; and her sisters, Olive Bledsoe and Barbara Tackett. She is survived by: her husband Jesse W. Melvin of Flatwoods, KY; her daughters, Yvonne Denise Melvin of Flatwoods, KY and Michele Lea Rose (Roger) of Greenup, KY; and her grandchildren, Jessica Headford (Ben), Brandon Kiser, Lorna Rose and Holly Rose. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
