She is survived by: her children, Barbara Riley (David), Samuel Church (Sonda), Michael Church and Tommy Workman (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Adam, Heather (Larry), Tammy, Samuel, Aaron, Ashley, Julie and Tyler. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
