He was predeceased by: his parents, Perlo Robinson and Sadie White Robinson; and his brothers, Donald, Larry and Harold Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Denise Coffman Robinson of Worthington, KY; and his children, Michael Don Robinson of Huntington, WV, Aaron Ray Robinson (Brittany) of Charleston, James Ronald Fields III of Winona, MN, Tabatha Carol Rakes (Adam) of Chapmansville, WV, Veronica Denice Carter of Worthington, KY and Malissa Fields Duty (Joshua) of Flatwoods, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
