He was predeceased by: his father James Mineer, Jr.; his son Weston Mineer; and his grandfathers, Bob Seagraves and Elson Ishee. He is survived by: his mother Tammy Seagraves Wilson Of (Monty); his fiancée Sarah Elizabeth Smallwood; his children, Paeson Mineer, Riley "Bean" Mineer and Micah "Bug" Mineer; his sisters, Allison Ramirez of Texas and Lacey Taylor Skaggs of Louisville, KY; his grandparents, Rosa Caudill of Ashland, James Mineer, Sr. of Inez and Doris Ishee of Grayson; and his niece Autumm Young. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
