She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant C. Price and Letha Sloas Price; her husband Ted "Bud" Wells; her siblings, Thurman, Ted (Callie), Russell (Harriet), Eddie Price (Joyce), Ethel Price and Lula Parks (Elmo); her grandson Thomas O. McCormick; and her great grandchild Cameron M. Wells.
She is survived by: her sister Laura Conley of Grayson; and her children, Ricky Wells (Shelia) of Wurtland, Greg Wells (Mary) of Ashland, Marsha Schroeder (Brian) of Owensboro, Kathy Davis (Ron) of Huntington and Mark Wells (Brenda) of Huntington. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
