Hale of Flatwoods, KY; and her children, James William Hale of Flatwoods, KY, Rose Marie Hale Harris of Westwood, KY, Deborah Hale Vanover of Flatwoods, KY and Lea Ann Hale Lawson of Flatwoods, KY. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
