She is survived by: her spouse Lonnie Joe Tackett of Flatwoods, KY; her daughter Tara Williams (Sandra) of Raceland, KY; her grandchildren, Jonathan Waddell, Hannah Deer and Brenlee Deer; her great grandchildren, Anaya and Abigail Waddell; her siblings, Clarence Hogan of Hazel Park, MI, Brenda Church of Lakeland, FL, Renea Enyart of Ashland, KY and Angelia Smith (Stephen) of Cattletsburg, KY; and her daughter Ruth Waddell of Ironton, OH. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
