He is survived by: his parent Flora Louise Barker Miller; his wife Fonda Lou Duncan Miller of Flatwoods; his children, David Miller of Flatwoods and Christy Miller Woods (Greg) of Flatwoods; his stepdaughters, Alvina Jordan (Eric) of Ashland and Amanda Thatcher (Lee) of Carroll, OH; his siblings, Dale "Rick" Miller (Donna) of Ashland and Sharon Rose Hensley (Bill) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Adam Salyers, Cristin McCoy (Josh), Amber Miller, Charles Brandon Miller, Rebecca Thacker and Christopher Woods. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
