With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lindsey Cyrus Jr. of Flatwoods, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey Cyrus and Adeline Cyrus; his siblings, Olva Ferguson, Mary Mentzer, Mollie Sue Hatfield, Sara Wilson, Nancy McKenzie, Charles Cecil and Ronald Ray Cyrus; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Wilson, Connie Canterberry and Rheada Webb.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Grace Fitzpatrick; his wife JoAnne Garvin Forrest; his son Jerry Cyrus (Marilyn) of Ashland; his grandson Hunter Cyrus of Lexington; and his nieces and nephews, Saundra K. Stark of Seal Beach, CA, Cosmo Jr. of Sun City, CA, Beata Lehman, Phillip McKenzie of Waco, KY, Kevin Cyrus of Flatwoods, KY, Billy Ray Cyrus of Thompson Station, TN, Eldon Cyrus of Rough, Adehl William of Yreka, CA and Angie Nickey of Fallston, MD.. He is also survived by three step grandchildren.
