With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Elizabeth Ramey (Flatwoods, Kentucky), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on April 17, 2018 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her husband Kyutis Ramey; and her daughter Connie Blair. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Crites (Jack) of Flatwoods; her grandchildren, Kylie Rowe, Wayne Blair and Matthew Crites; and her great grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Jessica Rowe, Andrea Blair, Lily Crites and Ayden Crites. She is also survived by one brother; and a host of nieces and nephews.
