He is survived by: his children, Dave Fulks (Alisha), Sherry Potter (Mark) and Lisa Freiberger (Jason); his grandchildren, Justin, Austin, Tanner, Amara, Amber, Kayla and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Hank, Beau, Emerie, Everly and Lila; his nephews, Jonathon Grimm and Orall Hamilton; and his niece Anita Nuckols.
