He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Conn and Lucile Cook Conn; and his siblings, Virgil, Betty, Goldie and Shirley.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Scott Conn; his children, Kenneth Conn, II (Krystina), Adrian Conn (Chasidy), Michael McDowell (Chanthai), Sarah Duff and Christina Chidister (Joseph); his grandchildren, Brandon Conn, Bryson Chidister, Alyssa Fugett (Ethan), Joseph Chidister, Jr., Angel Hood, Lina Conn, Jasper Conn, Sara Duff and Dameon Williams; his siblings, Paul Conn, Larry Conn, Barbara Dale and Rosalie Halley; and his nephew John Halley (Rhonda).
