He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Sr. Collins and Blanche Collins (Gillespie). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Nolen Collins; his son James K Collins (Kelly); his sister Ruby Riffe (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Linda Nolen Triplett (Jim) and Randy Nolen; and his stepgranddaughter Ashley Grimes (Isaiah). He is also survived by step-grandchildren; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
