She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lowell and Helen Walker Abdon; and her siblings, Russell Abdon, Jr. and Jeannie Barber. She is survived by: her husband Ira Cumpton of Raceland, KY; her children, Ira Cumpton Jr. (Natalie) of Thomasville, NC, David Russell Cumpton (Stephanie) of Huntington, WV and Penny Irene Cumpton Grubb (Tony) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Megan Fields (Andy), Alex Knight (Dru), Samantha Means (Joe), James Cumpton, Miranda Cumpton, Marissa Lomax (David), Benjamin Cumpton, Bailey Ann Grubb and Leah Cumpton; her great grandchildren, Connor, Audrey, James Thomas, Levi and Ellie Mae; and her siblings, Kenneth Abdon (Melody) of Raceland, KY, Glenn Abdon (Melba) of Germany, Nancy Williams (Don) of Phoenix, AZ, Frances Klaiber (Barry) of Ironton, OH and Shirley Barker (Kenneth) of Raceland, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
