She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Filmore and Carrie Belle Ison Meadows; her husband Ersel Edward Salyers; and her siblings, Ed, Bill, Riley, Chester, Erskine, Richard Meadows and Louise Salyers.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Wayne Hall (Sharon) of Wurtland, KY, Gary Ersel Salyers (Madelyn) of Summit, KY and Danny Raymond Salyers (Barb) of Westwood, KY; her grandchildren, Missy Piercy (Phillip), Richard Wayne "Bub" Hall II (Nikki), Beth Brown (James), Sara Crisp, Steve Hall and Susan Biggs (Mike); and her close friends, Kay Pierce and Delbert Vance. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends.
Due to the ongoing regulations concerning the COVID-19 Pandemic, no public services are planned.
