As Joyce departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joyce leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Brown and Beulah Pennington Brown; her husband William Cox; and her sisters, Linda Gayle Brown and Barbra Talbott.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Lynn Bush (Roger) of Raceland and Brett Cox (Becky Jo) of Raceland; her grandchildren, Laura Ann Husak (Steven) of Palmetto and Bronson Bush of Brooklyn, NY; and her brother Michael Brown (Susan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
