He was predeceased by: his parents, John Johnson and Nancy Lemaster Johnson; his sister Sherry Callihan; and his half-sister Joyce Kerns. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Brizendine Johnson; his children, Martika, Nataisha and Johnny Lee Johnson (Misty); his grandson Gabe; and his siblings, Rick Johnson (Mary), Diane Dechant (Larry), Sue Greene (Hassell) and Tori Joe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
