He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kennard Jr. and Shirley Ann McCoy Kennard; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Walton Kennard. He is survived by: his brother Brett Richard Kennard (Cindy Johnson Kennard); his nieces, Megan Holland, Emily Jones and Elizabeth Kennard; and his friend Rick Crace. He is also survived by several grand-nephews and a grand-niece.
