It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Everett Martin Sr. of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Blaine, Kentucky, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Martin and Dora Blackburn Martin; and his siblings, John Harlan, William "Tom", Dorothy, Aldean, Margaret, Homer and Davis Jr. Joe.

He is survived by: his wife Juanita Meade Martin; his children, Joe Martin Jr. (Denise), John Martin (Reba), Deborah Martin and Anita Collins (Steve); his grandchildren, Joshua Sargent, Benjamin Riffe, Stephanie Gravatte, Andrew Collins, Chase Martin, Luke Martin, Catherine Martin and Lorin Suttles; and his great grandchildren, Stephen, Sophia, Sarah, Stella, Savanna, Erin, Leo and Silas.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Ashland Community Hospice Care.
