She was predeceased by: her husband Golden Douglas Sloan; and her siblings, James McCarty, William McCarty, Paul McCarty, Esther Roach, Jean Flack, Verna Dyer and Margaret Ann McCarty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Pigman (Wesley), Rhonda Todd Jr. (Jack), Susan Vlcek (Roman) and Peggy Kemper (Thomas); her grandchildren, Kenneth Pigman, Kasandra Saylors, Joshua Sammons, Clifton Dean Fain II, Robert Montgomery, Tracy Kemper, Marvin "Joey" Montgomery, William Montgomery, Douglas Newsome, Travis Newsome, Joseph Holley, Jessica Todd, Edvan Kemper, Jeffry Todd and Anneliese Vlcek; her brothers, Franklin D. McCarty (Connie) and Burley Ray McCarty (Rosemary); and her siblings-in-law, Forrest Dyer and Eleanor McCarty. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
