He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Dillow Horn; his daughters, Deanna Blackburn (Mark) and Denise Beegan (Jon); his grandchildren, Joshua Sammons (Katie), Jeri Sue Spainhower (Eric), Trey Adams (Katie), Caleb Sammons (Sasha), Chelsea Scott (Connor), Madison Blackburn, Mark Blackburn and Garret Beegan; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Kayden, Kylee, Ryder, Waylon, Maya, Maisley, Paxton, Whitley and Kara Lynn; and his sisters, Pat Muncy, Pam Simpson, Penny Blevins, Charlene Campbell, Sandy Scruggs and Paula Leake.
