He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Irene Collett Dorsey of Flatwoods, KY; his daughter Jessica Dorsey of Elizabeth City, NC; and his stepchildren, Jennifer Carmines of Flatwoods, KY, Amber Henson (Keith) of Kitts Hill, OH, Nicole Carmines (Jared) of Chillicothe, OH, Larry Collett (Dana) of St. Matthews, SC and Tommy Collett of Flatwoods, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
