We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2025, at the age of 91, Hilda Markin Willis of Flatwoods, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Markin and Mae Williams Markin; and her siblings, Ellis, Earl, Homer Jr., Charles Markin and Ethel Sallie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda D. Williamson of Flatwoods, KY and Kathryn Dawn Preston of Flatwoods, KY; her grandchildren, Bobby Joe Evans, Amanda Beth Sedores and David Martin Williamson; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Evans and Lucas Evans.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bailey Family Funeral Home (2110 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Rude Cemetery Road Rude Cemetery.
