He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Sr. Osborne and Verna Lewis Osborne; and his son Kevin E. Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lutz Osborne of Flatwoods; and his siblings, Herbert R. Osborne (Fran) of Lexington, KY, James R. Osborne (Nancy) of Flatwoods, Virginia L. Carter of Raceland and Brenda C. Loyer (Ken) of Russell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of good friends.
