He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Botts of Flatwoods, KY, Christina Mays (Devin) of Nicholasville, KY and Sherry Murrey (Bill) of Russell, KY; his grandchildren, Katherine Weinfurtner, Lauren Clester, Wesley Botts, Jordan Botts, Tiffany Perry, Jessica Botts, Madison Botts, Karsyn Bates, Melissa Stitt and Justin Murrey; and his great grandchildren, Silas Booth, Charlotte Nickell, CJ Mack, Carson Botts, Carter Botts and Simeon McKenzie.
