He was predeceased by: his parents, George E Carr and Virginia Hensley Carr (Virgie). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann (Betty); his daughters, Tonya Berry (Mike) of Portsmouth, OH and Melissa Sullivan of Georgetown, KY.; and his granddaughters, Olivia Berry, Kennedy Sullivan and Delani Sullivan.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (29 Veronica Ln, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
