He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Obroff and Grace Owens Obroff; his siblings, Paul Obroff, Ed Wright, Jimmy Turner, Avanelle Osborne, Wanda Woods, Elsie Obroff, Joy McQueen and Freda Bartucca; and his daughter Betty Moscrip Obroff.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Hall Obroff; his daughter Kennetha Obroff; his sister Joan Ireland; his stepchildren, Greg Hall (Kathy) and Kay Barnett (Steve); his grandchildren, Harrison Saturley-Hall, Haley Hall O'Donnell and Missy Bailey; his great grandchildren, Nora, Erin, Molly, Cillian, Ellen, Finnegan Frederick, Brandon and Jayden; his great great grandchild Casen; and his best buddy Charlie Walker.
Due to the current pandemic status, masks and social distancing will be practiced by all.
