It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erma Slavens of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Evonne Kay Halasek Norris (Randall) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Andrea Richardson (John) of Ponte Vedra, FL, Trent Halasek (Chelsea) of Simpsonville, KY, Melissa Cherry (Stephen Platz) of Portland, OR and Elizabeth Cherry (T. C. Marker) of North Olmsted, OH; her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Norris (Cam Duncan) of Augusta, GA, Emma Lytle (Matt) of Nicholasville, KY and Patrick Norris of Columbus, OH.; her great grandchildren, Tinley, Crew Halasek, Reese and Rory Richardson; and her cousin Bonnie Britson of Atlantic, IA..
