She is survived by: her parents, Clifford Lee Perkins (Teresa) of Raceland, KY and Patricia Ann Sergent Spears (Rick) of Flatwoods, KY.; her son Austin Johnson (Sierra) of Wurtland, KY; her grandchildren, Macie Leadingham and Ryker Johnson; her sisters, Martha Ann Yates (Terry) of Flatwoods, KY, Amber Nugent (Jake) of Glendale Heights, IL, Chelsea Bridges (Ethan) of Raceland, KY and Nikki Fultz of Ashland, KY; her grandmother Marie Perkins of Flatwoods, KY; her niece Abby Yates of Flatwoods, KY; and her nephew DeWayne Yates of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
