She is survived by: her sons, William Johnson (Beverly) of Sumter, Jerry Johnson (Carolyn) of Belmont, WV, Ronnie Johnson (Betty) of Flatwoods, KY and Mark Johnson of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
