She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hales and Mary McDaniel Hales; her sister Nancy Jane Hales; and her grandson Sam Moore Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Tackett, Heidi Moore (Sam) and Jimmy Sark (Beth); her grandchildren, Josh Tackett (Sarah), Chris Moore (Missy), Kaitlyn Sark and Jimmy Dylan Sark; her great grandchildren, Kendall Tackett, Austin Haywood and Nathaniel Haywood; and her sisters, Joan Cain (Bob) and Susan Avey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Community Hospice Care Center.
